Can you elaborate a little bit? Might be the bad monitor I'm on, but I'm not sure what you're referring to.

Are you sure that is a glitch? Do you think the displayed quantity being below 75% might have something to do with it being highlighted?

That is not a glitch it is a indication to you as mentioned above. It's in the FCOM if you want to look further into it.

Don't seems to be a glitch for me too. The first thing that came to my mind was a low hydraulic quantity alert.

It's funny how many of these "bugs" being reported are actually normal behavior. It goes to show that this is the most realistic 737 available.
