Actually guys, that bar is there on the NGX I just loaded up the NGX. PMDG used blueprints when they designed the cockpit and I'm going to guess it was probably off the original design. Things do change over time with aircrafts, new gauges, options and such so this hardly matters at all. I think some people need to stop trying to nitpick things on the NGX and just enjoy the amazing bird. Edit: If we want to go comparing cockpits how about we mention how the speedbrake, elevator trim, and light switches don't work in the virtual cockpit on the iFly 737 and tell me how realistic that is....I mean isn't.

The lights are dimming on FSX and only getting brighter for XPX.

Nobody noticed the differences? Flying is a must but realism also in such a great product like this don't you think? Please PMDG have a look or confirm that nothing is going to be changed at this stage of the product.Thnks again

IMO PMDG forgot the cramped feeling of the NGX, or didn't model the cockpit correctly. The dimensions seem off and the windows too large..

This has been discussed at length here. It was modeled in this way to make the HGS work correctly. A forum search will bring you to that discussion and conclusion the conclusion (it will be fixed if it doesn't impact the HGS).

Oh, so they are taking that into consideration?

At the top right of the page, you should see your user name. If you click on it, you should be able to see a My Settings option in the drop down menu. You will be able to add a signature in there. A little while ago, AVSIM added restrictions on what people could and couldn't do within a certain timeframe, and I think adding an automatic signature was one of them. I'm unsure of the reasoning, but I doubt any mod here would be too heavy handed if they see you only have a couple posts and forgot to sign them. I think the page where you'd add the signature mentions how long the restriction is in place.
