August 9, 201114 yr Author Well, removing UIAutomationCore.dll didn't work. Trying another drivers now. Martin Stendersø SPECS: i5 2500K @ 4,7GHz 1GB GTX 560 TI (900MHz) (ASUS) 4 GB GT Dominator 1866 MHz DDR3 RAM (CORSAIR) P8P67 Motherboard (ASUS) Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit FSX SP2 Deluxe
August 9, 201114 yr It's not a bug, but a limitation, I'm thinking. Kind of like when people wear pin striped shirts on TV. If you don't know what I'm talking about than well, that's too bad. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules

Irritating ;) Tried turning all setting down/off in FSX and this is the result: Martin Stendersø Martin Stendersø SPECS: i5 2500K @ 4,7GHz 1GB GTX 560 TI (900MHz) (ASUS) 4 GB GT Dominator 1866 MHz DDR3 RAM (CORSAIR) P8P67 Motherboard (ASUS) Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit FSX SP2 Deluxe
August 9, 201114 yr That is not normal! What Antialiasing or Supersamling options do you have in the driver? See if you can find recommended settings in this forum:http://forum.avsim.n...ds-and-drivers/
August 9, 201114 yr Author The curves are very clear in this shot when filtering is set to off. Martin Stendersø Martin Stendersø SPECS: i5 2500K @ 4,7GHz 1GB GTX 560 TI (900MHz) (ASUS) 4 GB GT Dominator 1866 MHz DDR3 RAM (CORSAIR) P8P67 Motherboard (ASUS) Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit FSX SP2 Deluxe
August 9, 201114 yr Author Maybe i should try my old Nvidia 8800GT? Could be interesting :) Martin Stendersø Make a good start and remove the uiautomationcore.dll and btw ...your QNH is too low ;-)) Haha! It wasn't a planned flight. I just took off ;) Martin Stendersø SPECS: i5 2500K @ 4,7GHz 1GB GTX 560 TI (900MHz) (ASUS) 4 GB GT Dominator 1866 MHz DDR3 RAM (CORSAIR) P8P67 Motherboard (ASUS) Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit FSX SP2 Deluxe
August 9, 201114 yr Setting at least 4 x Supersampling on my Nvidia card got rid of it for me. Jason Paver
August 9, 201114 yr The curves are very clear in this shot when filtering is set to off. Martin Stendersø Ahh, you should try Anisotropic Filtering! Maybe it's that. I think it has something to do with AA and AF. Or both. As already said, seeing nothing similar here.
August 9, 201114 yr Author Ahh, you should try Anisotropic Filtering! Maybe it's that. I think it has something to do with AA and AF. Or both. As already said, seeing nothing similar here.I always use anisotropic filtering. In fact i never use Catalyst Control center. Just ingame settings. Is that a problem? E.g. I use the Anti Aliasing settings in FSX Martin Stendersø Martin Stendersø SPECS: i5 2500K @ 4,7GHz 1GB GTX 560 TI (900MHz) (ASUS) 4 GB GT Dominator 1866 MHz DDR3 RAM (CORSAIR) P8P67 Motherboard (ASUS) Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit FSX SP2 Deluxe

Ingame settings are very lame and not even really effective - very low AA and AF.Don't you read the forums and suggestions how to set up the sim and your hardware correctly?

When i turn AA on in Catalyst Control Center and AA off within FSX it looks awful! Hmm maybe I should have a look at the other forums :) Martin Stendersø SPECS: i5 2500K @ 4,7GHz 1GB GTX 560 TI (900MHz) (ASUS) 4 GB GT Dominator 1866 MHz DDR3 RAM (CORSAIR) P8P67 Motherboard (ASUS) Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit FSX SP2 Deluxe
August 9, 201114 yr I'm not sure whether you missed it but supersampling needs to be set higher externally by your catalyst control center at least 4x if the game looks terrible when you turn you anti aliasing off in game maybe you should look for an option in the control center which allows you to override the in game setting.
