Help; performance fullscreen vs windowed

I am getting a performance problem now, At this moment, windowed mode seems to be doing better than full screen, Who ever is in the know, could you check this edited config file and see if there is anything you can pick out? Ok so it's not on maxed out window mode, but this has happened a few systems ago, but i am used to beating the performance when going to fullscreen, Here, is there anything you can pick up here?[bufferPools]RejectThreshold=25000UsePools=1PoolSize=2097152[Display]ActiveWindowTitleBackGroundColor=0,28,140,64ActiveWindowTitleTextColor=255,255,255BLOOM_EFFECTS=0ChangeTime=4.000000InfoBrakesEnable=TrueInfoLowerLeftBackGroundColor=255,0,0,128InfoLowerLeftTextColor=255,255,255InfoLowerRightBackGroundColor=255,0,0,128InfoLowerRightTextColor=255,255,255InfoOverspeedEnable=TrueInfoParkingBrakesEnable=FalseInfoPauseEnable=TrueInfoSlewEnable=TrueInfoStallEnable=TrueInfoUpperRightBackGroundColor=0,0,0,0InfoUpperRightTextColor=255,0,0NonActiveWindowTitleBackGroundColor=24,33,87,64NonActiveWindowTitleTextColor=255,255,255SKINNED_ANIMATIONS=1TextureMaxLoad=30TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=40TransitionTime=4.000000UPPER_FRAMERATE_LIMIT=0WideViewAspect=False[DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480.0]Mode=1680x1050x32TriLinear=1[GRAPHICS]AC_SELF_SHADOW=0AIRCRAFT_REFLECTIONS=1AIRCRAFT_SHADOWS=0ALLOW_SHADER_30=1COCKPIT_HIGH_LOD=1D3D10=0EFFECTS_QUALITY=2GROUND_SHADOWS=0HIGHMEMFIX=1IMAGE_QUALITY=0LANDING_LIGHTS=1NUM_LIGHTS=8See_Self=1SHADER_CACHE_PRIMED=1693458432SHADER_CACHE_PRIMED_10=1693458432TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=4096TEXTURE_QUALITY=9Text_Scroll=1[JOBSCHEDULER]AffinityMask=14[sCENERY]DAWN_DUSK_SMOOTHING=1IMAGE_COMPLEXITY=5LENSFLARE=1MAX_ASYNC_BATCHING_JOBS=3SmallPartRejectRadius=4.0[TERRAIN]AUTOGEN_DENSITY=0DETAIL_TEXTURE=1LOD_RADIUS=8.500000MESH_COMPLEXITY=100MESH_RESOLUTION=23SWAP_WAIT_TIMEOUT=2TEXTURE_RESOLUTION=29WATER_EFFECTS=4[Weather]AdjustForMagVarInDialog=1CLOUD_COVERAGE_DENSITY=7CLOUD_DRAW_DISTANCE=3DETAILED_CLOUDS=1DisableTurbulence=0DownloadWindsAloft=0DynamicWeather=0MaxGustRampSpeed=200MaxGustTime=500MaxVarRampSpeed=75MaxVarTime=50MinGustRampSpeed=1MinGustTime=10MinVarRampSpeed=10MinVarTime=5THERMAL_VISUALS=0TurbulenceScale=1.000000WeatherGraphDataInDialog=0WeatherServerAddress=fs2k.zone.comWeatherServerPort=80WindshieldPrecipitationEffects=1

Have you tried UsePools=0? Had the same issue...changed it to 0 and poof..everything works PERFECT...when i said perfect i mean 40 fps on any Payware addon you can imagine (Using DXTORY to lock my FPS to 40) i5 2500k @ 4.6ghzEVGA GTX 5808gb DDR3 Mushkin Red Line

Normally I see maybe 10-20% better FPS in full screen mode, however, with the NGX, I see no difference.

What's exactly this UsePools=0 and what does it change in the sim?

I tried UsePools=0 and it makes fsx really stuttery.
