August 9, 201114 yr I thought one of the three options in CDU / PMDG setup / AIRCRAFT / AT override, would disengage my throttle quad as soon as TOGA is engaged. But all three options seem to have the same effect, as soon as i move my yoke throttle the thrust setting immediately goes to that position. When i stop moving them thrust returns to A/T thrust. Did i miss something. I had 2 take offs so far with a little spike at 40% N1 on a lever, so only one engine would spool up to take/off thrust. Gerrit
August 9, 201114 yr You have to set the option to never move the thrust levers when autothrottle engaged. Alfredo Terrero
August 9, 201114 yr Are you using FSUIPC ? I Think it only works thru FSX controlls. August 9, 201114 yr Author I had them configured through FSUIPC, then tried only through FSX controls but didn't make a difference. I'm reïnstalling the NGX at the moment maybe that cures it, thanks. Gerrit
August 12, 201114 yr Have the same behave here ... also using Throttle assignemnt through FSUIPC. Would be nice if this could be solved in a way... August 26, 201114 yr Sorry to raise an older thread I too am having problems with Autothrottle disconnecting whilst in flight (randomly). I have set Never in the aircraft menu, I am using Saitek throttle quadrant all through a registered version of FSUIPC? I notice when calibrating at least one seems to 'twitch' I have disabled all axis through FSX btw (as I fing it has helped with random key presses etc!) Any help appreciated Russ Bailey
