August 17, 201114 yr Author Cool! Learn something new every day! Just wondering, am i supposed to input the changes into ms .cgf file everytime i load FSX? I noticed that when i closed FSX, it had reverted back to the original .cgf, perhaps that's what caused the problem againoh, and when i change the time from day to night, my screen blacks out. not a ctd, just goes black and sound is still going Mitch Brown Private Pilot | Aerospace Engineering Major

They should not revert back, but the texture_max_load will change if you change settings.Lower some settings and see if you see a difference. Going from day to night really messes with FSX, so I would not do it a lot. Thanks!Nick CrateChief Executive OfficerFedEx Virtual Air Cargo

Hey, so i was having so many problems with FSx, that i decided to uninstall and reinstall FSX and the NGX. But now i cant find the .cgf where i need to add those entries. like when i follow the >appdata>roaming> etc etc when i get into the >FSX file the only .cgf file is the one that doesn't allow you to open it. Before the uninsall there ere 2 fsx.cfg files in there one was the one i could open and put in the entries. now i can't find that one... thanks Mitch Brown Private Pilot | Aerospace Engineering Major
