OK I had exactly the same problem, but have now solved it.Firstly I used the default cold and dark panel state rather than a previous saved panel state from before the hotfix.Secondly and probably the real reason, Make sure that the G/S is captured before selecting the CMD B. Previously I was selecting this after capturing the localiser.Now when I descend below 1500' the single channel changes to LAND3 and arms the rollout and flare modes as it should.
