When one or more pack/eng.bleed is off, isolation valve (in auto) will always open. So, as for a start the packs are always off, isol to AUTO is enaugh

Anti Collision lights ON (just for typical simming reasons)

There are good enough reasons why you would want everybody to be flashing their beacons before start-up in real life. One of them being, even idle thrust can be pretty powerful and send an unsuspecting person standing couple tens of meters behind flailing around hitting something.
