September 19, 201114 yr Guys, I found a GREAT AA for Nvidia Inspec. I don't use Transperency AA or anything, just this mode. My FPS are awesome and I get no jaggy edges, maybe you'd like to try it out. It works VERY VERY good with REX and no drop in FPS in the clouds, Im using a 480 GTX, so go ahead and try it out and let me know what you think! September 19, 201114 yr I don´t want to disencourage you but this came up almost 3 months ago. Best regards, Steffen Fight time: NGX 737-700: 37,0h; -800: 47,2h
September 19, 201114 yr Yeah this was posted before. It just kills my frames when clouds are present.

September 20, 201114 yr Yeah this was posted before. It just kills my frames when clouds are present.Glad to know it's not only me -- this took me ages to figure out! Great frames when no fluffy clouds. I would take off and get into some clouds and when looking ahead I would get 5fps down from 30. Poo.
September 20, 201114 yr Moderator I just recently switched to FSX after a long overdue upgrade and I'm excited to have found this re-post. I wasn't aware of this and so far I get fantastic visuals with very little FPS impact (if I let FSX control AA filtering that is). I've tried these settings with PMDG's ngx, ase weather and utx. Maybe only a reduction of 2-3 FPS even in heavy clouds!Cheers,Pete I9-13900K, RTX 4090, DR5-6000MHZ, CORSAIR ICUE H150I ELITE, ASUS PRIME Z790-P, THERMALTAKE TOUGHPOWER GF3 1350W, WIN 11
