Hole in the wing?

Featured Replies

I don't find this hole very important, the fact that you have to zoom all the way in justifies my statement. Anyway, bye (:

Well I don't see harm in mentioning it. It's there, and it bugs some folks. I remember there being a few holes in the VC that the beta team didn't catch until AoA's videos. They were patched up ASAP.

Look at the bright side its worse on the 747-400X. If your turn off your landing lights and then view the plane from behind while cruising along you can see the nose gear landing lights shining through the skin even though they are off. Only happens at a certain angle where you can see it. (Spot view behind the wings looking towards the front of the aircraft)

You do not have to zoom in to see it, I just zoomed in so you can see it when Photobucket shrunk my image

At this point all I want is the 600/700 models (; And imagine if we go find minor bugs what time PMDG will have to make for more important things. However, since you mentioned that you don't have to zoom in to see it, maybe it may be a bit urgent, however I haven't noticed it while flying, but now I am sure it will stick out like a sore thumb Ryan!

It's even worse on mine, but I have an idea what might be causing it. See my signature for further details... gremlin.jpg Al

That's a very minor hole compared to these. First i don't mind them being there, just cosmetic it seems and i'm enjoying the 737 throughout with or without holes. So, to add to the holes thread: This is the vc without HUD, seen from the Fo's seat,gap1.jpg This is with both 900 variants, a see through around the hmm, APU inlet?gap2.jpg

Not to diminish your holes but, I enjoy flying it too much to search for defects. I have never searched in detail. I imagine there are other imperfections if you look for them. I will be flying during that time.

Yup, very minor issues, hardly stuff to be concerned over, easy to sort out too. Al

Yep, I know what they would have to do since I make models too and I knew it was an easy fix, that's why I brought it up in the first place, If it involved redoing the entire wing, I would have not bothered mentioning it, however you just gotta go into 3DS Max, click edit by vertex, and move a few vertexes and its fixed smile.png
