From my experience with the same card, G3D.DLL error's are nearly always driver/hardware related. You could try a different driver?

for me that version 11.8 is crap, also new 11.9. Please try start IVAO eye, or Dolomynum v1.2.5 You will get an error.I use 10.10.

I dont use those programs on my flying PC, so I cant comment on that.
