Pricing?

There isn't a simple relationship between price and cost. The seller may have a policy of selling at the same base price and charging for packing and postage on boxed versions. Also, possibly the boxed versions weren't selling at a higher price and the developer cut it to get them to sell.

Fair point with so many people having fast ADSL. But many wouldn't be prepared to wait 1-2 weeks for it to arrive in the post especially if you're out at work all day.Aerosoft had a recent sale with 20% off all products so there'll plenty of profit being made. The FS industry must be struggling like all others in these times of austerity. Maybe the answer is more discounted sales. They make less profit per item but at least they're selling.
