739...missing pieces of panel...?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,do you know what could of happened to my 739 panel? When I get home I will post a pic to show you...I uninstalled the NGX as per the instructions here in the sticky post.At first when I loaded fsx I had the panel showing correctly, the only thing I did after was to manually install an air france livery I downloaded and after that the panel wasen't showing anymore. The 738 shows correctly.Thank you

David

I had a related problem where parts of the panel were missing and bits were scattered all over the place, turns out it was because I didn't delete the NGX folder after uninstalling it.. But if you followed the sticky you did do that.Good Luck!

Perhaps the livery was for a pre-SP1 version? Is Air France on the official livery list at precisionmanuals.com?Andrew

When you installed sp1, did you run it as admin?

Sorry guys it was my fault, I still had the old liveries in the aircraft folder, now I got rid of them and installed the new ones without renaming the folders like I did before...blush.png

Glad you got it fixed & thanks for posting your solution. Now we know the cause (one cause, at any rate)

Ok after some testing I think there is something wrong with the "Alaska Airlines" winglet livery for the 739 because I still get the missing panel with that one...Both high and low resolution have the same effect on it, it looks like it is isolated to that one livery no matter which texture I use...I downloaded it from PMDG so I guess it should be sp1 compatible...?Thank you guys!

same problem here only with the -900

best regards

Also having problems with low res settings for the 900 but the 800 works fine.
