hey folks,I seem to be having trouble with woai. You see I'm trying to download packages and it always comes up with this error message when ever I try to install one.help is always appreciated

I have the same problem. The only way to install for me is manually, which takes a lot of time. Hope somebody can shed some light on this.

Exactly what error message are you getting? Which AI package are you trying to install?

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. You may have to "right-click" on the WOAI Installer.exe link and select "Run as administrator."

If you're running Vista, I understand that some have worked around the problem by temporarily turning off User Access Control (UAC). Look under Control Panel... User Accounts... Tasks... "Turn User Account Control on or off". After turning it off you may need to restart Vista before running WOAI. Similarly, turn UAC back on when you're done.

Actually, I'm running Windows 7.

Win7 and Vista share the UAC, I had to turn it off when I installed WOAI, or else it wouldn't show up

I can't find it on here.

Control Panel->User Accounts and Family Safety->User Accounts->Change User Account Control setting-> Never notify. You should reboot after settings this
