This crash used to drive me nuts. It was only a bad Nvidia driver.

I was geting alot of ntdll.dll crashes too lately the past few weeks. As a last resort I pulled out an old program I bought back in 2006 called tune-up utilities. It found alot of hosed entries in the registry and alot of them had to do with dot.net. After backing up the registry I let the program do its thing and my problems seem to have cleared up. Note this box is only 2 months old and there was a mass of reinstalls and updates so anything was possible.

Regards,
