ASE2012 how to properly remove rex

Featured Replies

If you do not have a commercial addon such as FSBuild then you would have to find a tool to process and save the route as a .rte or .pln file which can then be imported and processed by AS2012. I will have a look around and see what I can find.

You guys are in for a treat.Head over to vroute.net where you can download the standard (free) utility. Select the "Route" radial and select advanced, set the AIRAC cycle date and enter your departure and arrival airports, you can even select the type of AC you wish to fly. Once the route is processed select the flight in the results pane by pressing "show" voila your route is presented and ready to be exported into whatever format you wish. FS9 and FSX are 2 of the free programs that you can export to...just head over to the "EXPORT" tab.

Just tried it. The free download would only allow exporting to FSX.pln. Exporting to PMDG.rte is premium. Thanks for the info as I can always use it to build a route.
