I cannot get the CL-415 to work. Both in Win7 and Ubuntu XPX crashes on loading this aircraft.Shame as I was looking forward to flying down to the coast for a paddle.Derry.

Loads OK for me. I am running the demo (ver 10.03b1) on a Win7 Pro (64 bit) rig. The plane loads in a small bay with very extreme wave action; I thought I was going to have to take dramamine. I was able to take off and fly OK but my landing was very wet, you might say submerged. Good luck.

I'm not sure if float planes work correctly in XP10. I tried the float option with the Carenado 172, and it pitched up and down in the water so violently that it was almost impossible to gain enough speed for a take off.

Have you zeroed wave settings inside weather menu? Waves effects are overdone since X-Plane 9 or so...

No I didn't.

Maybe an issue with my GFX card then (HD6970) as it happens in Win and Linux.

When I run that plane instead of going to the airport where I am, it loads at Branson MO, in a grove full of trees!

Mine takes me to an aiport with no scenery (as I am surrounded by water) with a 747 parked ahead of me.

Well 10.03r1 has fixed it for me. The CL-415 now flies.

With 10.03r2 it CTD's right after having being loaded. I see the panel and scenery for a couple of seconds - then X-Plane quits with a crash report.FinnJ

After the crash try changing to a different airport, i have';t tried this since updating the sim, used to always dump me in a gove of trees at branson Mo. So I would then just change to my home airport, I have a big lake there anyway. Guess I will try after updating the sim.
