December 19, 201114 yr Author Next time try using just idle reverse. Tap F1 once, then F2 once. I still think your joystick might mandate high idle, and only your going to reverse repaired this.Okay, I'll try that next time, thanks. Do you think recalibrating the joystick would fix it? And yeah, I guess you're correct, since I did nothing else with the difference of pressing F2 a couple of times as advised above. Kamil Bonczyk
December 19, 201114 yr well if it indeed lingers above idle thrust, then re-calibrating (I recommend using FSUIPC for that) would be the best solution. --Peter Fabian
December 19, 201114 yr Author If you do this, and then see the white line jump back to 20ish percent N1 and then back high then that is the problem and you need to calibrate your throttle.I'll still need to see the solution you've posted earlier on. How would you do it via FSUIPC if you don't mind me asking? Not familiar with it at all. Kamil Bonczyk
December 19, 201114 yr You need a registered FSUIPC, and then there is Joystick Calibration tab, there you just check throttles, move the throttle axis a small bit above idle, set that as a minimum, again a bit below max, and set that as maximum. --Peter Fabian
