December 19, 201114 yr Hello,I am thinking about getting the Saitek Multi Panel, is it fully customisable through SPAD to assign specific keystrokes such as the Switch Panel? For example, if I select a specific autopilot function for the PMDG 737NGX in FSX, and assign something like Ctrl+A to it and then type that in into the respective Multi Panel function in SPAD, will it work?Thank-you in advance for any suggestions. Thanks, Kevin L
December 19, 201114 yr Hi,I don't think so. Based on my experience, you can't customise anything with SPAD. It just adds new functions and works better than the saitek drivers. The multipanel is a great tool. I don't know if it works with any aircraft though. December 19, 201114 yr There are some aircraft it doesn't work with. The radio panel is the only one I kept; always works. Jim Shield Cybersecurity Specialist
December 19, 201114 yr You can customize button to key-combos with SPAD and the MPanel, I had one I was using for PMDGs 747. The problem is you won't get display or plane inputs on all payware, it's a popshot.
December 20, 201114 yr Author Oh, ok. I should probably consider the Radio Panel then. Thanks for your replies. You can customize button to key-combos with SPAD and the MPanel, I had one I was using for PMDGs 747. The problem is you won't get display or plane inputs on all payware, it's a popshot. So, if I try to enter, for example, 10000 feet on the Multi Panel while using the PMDG 747, it won't show up in the sim?
