HelloYou need the excellent Lua script written by Stephen Munn available in the Avsim library.Your MCP will work perfectly with the NGX using this.Let us know how you get on.Filename: goflight_efis_and_mcp_pro_interface_for_the_pmdg_ngx.zipLicense: FreewareAdded: 30th October 2011Downloads: 183Author: Stephen Munn Size: 11kbglyn

Hi guysSorry to hijack this thread, but it seems more sensible than starting another...What's the consensus on the best hardware panels for the NGX that either currently works or, will work upon SDK release? Are there only a couple of manufactures for this kit?I currently have the Saitek 'Pro' panels that don't work with the NGX and, are pretty naff anyway.

Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)

High end would be Flight Deck Solutions or CPFlight, lower end is Open Cockpits or GoFlight.
Thanks Steve. Do any of those curruntly work with the NGX, or will it require the SDK release?

Can only speak for the CPFlight MCP and EFIS, and these will definitely not work until the SDK is released.Paolo at CPFlight says it'll only take him a couple of days to release a driver subesquent to that. Everyone at the CPFlight forum is waiting 'patiently'...I can't speak for FDS stuff, which is probably more geared toward Project Magenta. GoFlight and OC can (I believe) be run via LUA scripting, but I only ever looked at both manufacturers briefly before electing to go for the CP Flight stuff.Using a hardware MCP EFIS etc really ups the experience, at least in the LD 767 and PMDG 747X. Dunno about the NGX, though, as no SDK... :(

What about Vr insight panels MCP and overhead panel very tempted anyone rate them.wayne
