Grass missing from FSX

Featured Replies

I've noticed the same thing. I recently installed AS2012 and I'm thinking it may have changed the grass textures. However, I also installed the new NVidia 290.53 driver. It could have caused some changes I suppose.

There is no grass next to KNUC RWY 23 TDZ in the RW! See.And since your FSX scenery is now more accurate, there is no grass in FSX either. Why are you complaining? :Big Grin:Cheers,- jahman.

Perhaps setting up your weather conditions with more clouds would increase the local rainfall? LOL.gif

Seasonal change. We are now in winter so most grass turns brown. change the season to summer.

This was the same season that the video was shot in where there was grass!

I had the same problem after installing FSPS Xtreme PC. I stopped using it and reinstated my backed up Fsx cfg file. Now I have green grass once again. I can only assume that the program tweaked (removed) grass textures. Sorry if this doesn't help. Hopefully the smart users on this forum will have a better solution for you. Sam
