Installed livery lost Hud

Featured Replies

I recently purchased the 737NGX and so far Love it. Although I am having some issues with some livery instalation. I am following direction from PMDG to the letter and the liveries are from PMDG but for some reason some of the planes show up with no HUD. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Thanks, Ron Fields

If that airline doesn't use a HUD in real world then it , is modeled that way in the livery.

Change the customer options for the new livery in the MCDU.

If the livery had a red * next to it on the site, it means it's been set up with the airline's options. If the airline doesn't have it, it's not on the plane. If you'd like to override that, you may change it in the FMC under options, as mentioned above.

Menu page on the FMS, PMDG Options, Aircraft Options. You'll find it in there.I think this is explained in great detail in the pilot introduction document. I suggest you read that. It has a lot of good information about the aircraft.

For the record, I'd avoid YouTube tutorials. Many of them aren't as detailed or correct as they should be. Every plane released has a tutorial with it that's written with exactly what you need.
