PMDG have proven themselves as the best provider of aircraft addons to the flight sim market. I was wondering that could PMDG not expand themselves and look at the design of addon scenery, and maybe even develop their own flight simulator, specifically engineered to provide the best platform for their aircraft and if possible scenery.When i say scenery i dont mean necassarily small airports, maybe say large scenery areas, large hub airports across the world.What are people and the PMDGs thoughts on this???CheersBen

Ben-Not something we are interested in doing. It is extremely difficult to develop a game engine- and it really isn't our forte...

While I and sure everyone agree PMDG makes some damn good planes (the best) to talk of them making a new game engine is a huge under taking. HUGE.I also think there are plenty of good scenery devs to provide scenery and rather PMDG stay put at what they do best.

Let PMDG make planes and Orbx and Aerosoft make scenery. Branching into other things might slow down development of more planes... not something I'd like to see.Regards,Trent Hopkinson
