Hi Dennis,NOPE, not that I have found.Actually, there are numerous people working on mesh, but remember each file can be quite large. some 160-170mb EACH.Rob Gainer seems to be going at a pretty good clip though. :-) His files are 100% FREEWARE, which is a great thing for the community.I have developed a list of links to authors that have files here in the Library at Avsim. Dennis:Ditto that on the FSgenesis. I have the whole 38.2 package. Well worth it, and no performance hit. Combine the mesh with the U.S. Landclass which is updatable and you'll be in great shape. Regards, Tom

Hello Vilk,$9.95 for the entire USA?? Are you sure you're not just talking about the Landclass? I like FSGenesis myself. I have the Landclass and the 4 Mesh packages that cover the entire US in 38.2 DEM. But unless I'm wrong the Lanclass costs $9.95 and the mesh packages are about $20(or something like that, maybe it's less) a piece for the 38.2 DEM. Or is there some special on that I'm not aware of? Is the 76 DEM mesh available for the entire US at $9.95?Jim

Ahhh, about 4 people were replying to Vilk all at once, hehe. Well, I've had my FSGensis for quite a while so I couldn't remember exactly what the deal was. So, it's 5 pieces/chunks for the 'Continental' USA at $9.95 a peice. Well, anyway, if you go for payware it's definitely worth it. Don't forget the Landclass! ;) Cuts down on the confusion too. Certainly nothing wrong with freeware and I have some for a couple places outside the US. But, if you go with freeware don't you have to worry about someone's mesh overlapping with another's mesh? Or can mesh's overlap with no worries?Jim

Hi Jim,Well, I am probably in the Minority as I actually read all the ReadMe's before I install anything.Yes, you should be cognizant of what you are installing.NO MESH is perfect, but I have not tried installing over other mesh, so I am not sure if there are problems with that or not.I am pretty confident someone can answer that has tried.Regards,Joe
