sure, you can ask - no problem.First, I have a very close associate who operates the NG aircraft for Alaska Airlines. Through the type of work I do I come in contact with many folks in the airline industry, specifically Alaska/Horizon Air.Second, I have some (limited) realworld documentation on flight ops and cockpit ops concerning the NG specifically (even though my collection for docs on the DASH8-400 is much more extensive.Third, I own both the 'Boeing 737NG Cockpit Companion' and the 'FMC Users Guide B737NG'. Both excellent material and available at:http://www.pilotshop.nl/en-us/dept_28.htmland finally - yes, I actually did count the FMC functions. I started the project with the PIC767 and actually put together an extensive comparision guide (side by side format). I continued this with the PMDG NG series even though it is not complete. I did this only for my own use and to act as a guide to simulate how the realworld pilots use this piece of equipment. In the brief and general analysis, I found that the PMDG product contains nomially 112 functions. The real unit contains about 150 within about an additional 11 screen pages. Note, none of this includes the more advanced maintinance pages and options on the real unit.

>>I was thinking of getting the Citation X but no TCAS or map>>display?>>>>Does anyone know if the Citation II will have the above>>features? I'll probably wait for that if it does.>>Although the Citation X is an advanced corporate/personal jet,>the "Real Deal" doesn't have either of those systems as>factory options, so why would an "accurate" model have them?I beg to differ on this point. It was only in December that I was on a flightdeck of the X for an open house event at PDX FlightCraft Flight Center here in Portland OR.I recall specifically that a not only do they have a map display but it is standard. May I suggest that you review this site:http://www.meriweather.com/fd/fyi_10.htmlIf you select the ND you will see the map display selection clearly.Just thought I would clarify this a bit. However, TCAS may be an option or not, that I have no info on.>
