January 25, 201214 yr It won't. Typical ticket response time is around 2-4 hours, generally the longest is 24, but that's during exceptionally busy times or when Ryan and the other guys are unable to get online.Be sure to log in and check your ticket status, people don't always get their email notifications due to mail servers filtering & such. January 25, 201214 yr Author Is it ok to continue installing other addons for FS, or should i just leave it alone ?Odd thing is now that i think abou it, i was only asked for the license key once, on first install, only uninstalled 2 times before for both patches (guess i should have listened to the "you dont need to reinstall") but it never requested the key those times. Not untill now with the full system reinstall. January 25, 201214 yr Author Yay got my NGX back, thank you Ryan.Sadly still getting the FSX crash on Exit after using the NGX... sigh.Oh well ill have to keep testing and get fully set up, hopefully it goes away. Jason Aerts
January 25, 201214 yr Not untill now with the full system reinstall.AFAIK system stores the "activated" status of the NGX separately and independently from FSX or NGX installation, and is so retained with simple program reinstall. --Peter Fabian
January 25, 201214 yr Commercial Member Make sure you go back to check the status of your ticket they are not going to email you.Not true, it's always been set up to send an email notifying of the reply but there was a bug in the previous version of the ticket software that was preventing it from working in some cases on our server. That was fixed recently and you should always get an email response unless it gets spam blocked etc. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
January 25, 201214 yr AFAIK system stores the "activated" status of the NGX separately and independently from FSX or NGX installation, and is so retained with simple program reinstall. That is correct, as long as you don't manually delete those files, reinstall windows or do a system restore the ngx should remain activated if it's uninstalled/reinstalled Kenneth Weir My Saitek yoke mod i7 2600k @ 4.7 8GB Gskill CAS7 2x GTX580 SLI Surround + GT520 Accessory Win7x64
January 25, 201214 yr Not true, it's always been set up to send an email notifying of the reply but there was a bug in the previous version of the ticket software that was preventing it from working in some cases on our server.Okay thanks for the heads up. I saw most posts saying to go back and check the status of the ticket for the reply so I assumed that meant emails were not sent out. Edited January 25, 201214 yr by UAL115 Paul Deemer
