January 29, 201214 yr I'm seriously thinking of buying the A2A Spitfire. How intensive, or how immersive is their model compared to several developers who have brought out the Spit? I base this question on being aware how up-to-the-mark their other products such as the B-17, B377,etc are. Rick Almeida

I base this question on being aware how up-to-the-mark their other products such as the B-17, B377,etc are.It is very intesively modelled, very in depth, as far as I can tell.A2A really put their all in to the models, and the spitfire is by no means no exception. You can actually check out some of their videos on YouTube, where they go over systems in depth.

February 1, 201214 yr The A2A Spitfire MkI and MkII is one of THE definitive addons for FSX, the warbird equivalent of the NGX, as are all of the accusimmed packages they make. The P40 is very much on the same lines... as will be the P51D... keep your eyes open for the F104 and F4 they are working on...I don't understand the comment "Why is there an American registration on that French plane"... It is not a French plane, those tail markings are pretty standard RAF I thought...The number is not an American registration, it is like an airframe number...N3249 GR-P was a Spitfire 1A allegedly flown by Robert Stanford Tuck in May 1940Andrew Andrew Entwistle
