Comanche

Zero is out!

Recommended Posts

Ive been eyeing this one for a while. I wasnt sure if I wanted to get it or not, but I caved in today. Im glad I did. I needed a fun plane for a change and the Zero was one of my favorite old Warbirds. I just need a WW2 Japanese carrier to go with it. This looks like a scene out of "Final Coundown" Now im just waiting for the DC-3 and the IXEG 737 and Im good for a while!Rob2-9.jpg1-11.jpg

I hate to tell you this Comanche, I'm afraid it is NEVER good for awhile, there is always just one more, that I absolutely must have.I'm afraid we all will wind up checking into the FS Rehabilitation Center. There is no cure by oneself."Lord I'm a Flight Sim Junkie, please have MERCY on me!!

Yes, a full line of Warbirds for XPX would be nice. Would love to do some multi-player dogfight scenarios, perhaps a Zero against the Hellcat or Corsair, or better yet, Zero vs. P51D, I get the P51, you can have the Zero. :PGlenEdit: I haven't bought this "RC" Corsair yet, but I do see her in my future hanger, she is absolutely beautiful. And yes, the wings are folding.

Ive gotten into RC planes many times before. Another very expensive hobby! I spent a lot of time and money on building a model, only to home with a bag of sticks and some broken servos!Rob

Luckily, now they are pretty much all foam with electric motors. If you happen to crack them up, a little bit of foam safe glue and your back in the air in 5 minutes. Almost time to shut down the computer until next fall and go fly for real, well sort of. As real as it gets for me.
