March 15, 201214 yr Hi Bryan,After Runway Entry Procedure, I assume the captain would say "Takeoff" after both engines are stabilized at 40% N1 then pushing the TO/GA button.-- But would the RWY Turn Off lights be put on a little earlier than this ?-- I would of thought the Runway Turnoff Lights would be turned on in the Runway Entry Procedure Flow with the other external lights ??If not, then what is the Real Life meaning for the Runway Turn Off lights and are they normally used on ground whilst taxiing or only when the pilots are looking for a certain taxiway to turn into ?Also,At the Shutdown phase, the ground crew calls and says that the chocks are in and that I can release the brakes,Is there anything we can say to finish the conversation ?Can we add an "Ok Thanks" or "Thank You" to the response ?Also,Can we have just "OK Thanks" as a valid response ?At the moment we say "Thank You" to the flight attendants and Fuel Slip etc and it sounds a little too formal, "OK Thanks" or just "Thanks" would be a good addition to an already marvelous add-on for the NGX :)Again, thanks for your great work. March 15, 201214 yr Commercial Member Actually, it only took me 10 seconds to add so I just did it anyway. In the next update, where you can currently say "Thank you", you should now be able to say "thanks" or "okay thanks" in addition to "thank you".Cheers, B. The runway turnoff lights are turned on during the "runway entry procedure",..the retractable landing lights are what are being turned on when announcing "takeoff". Please read the flows section of the manual, there's tons of information in there on the correct procedures to use. Also, the "Takeoff" announcement comes before setting 40% Damien WeekesCaptain 737NG / A319/20/21
