March 18, 201214 yr What about the CDU/FMC? I'd love a well built CDU that would link or slave directly to the NGX CDUs. Does that exist in the current market? Ryan Syferd (KSEA)
March 18, 201214 yr Nice thread.I expect to build a small home 737 cockpit (MCP, 3 screens, homebuild overhead etc.) and I can use this thread to decide which panels i would like to buy. Thanks for the thread i'll follow it! :-) Patrick - Denmark i7 10900k - GTX1060 (To be upgraded to RTX3080-ti) - 32 GB of RAM - Nvme SSD - 100 mbps internet
March 18, 201214 yr FDS CDU http://www.flightdec...info.php?id=712 Fantastic stuff !CpFlight MCP will be very very soon (one or two weeks) http://www.cpflight....i/mcp737pro.asp Fantastic stuff too !Both with great customer support and great quality ! Specs : i7920@4,1GHZ, Asus Rampage II Extreme, MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozr II OC, 6Go RAM OCZ, Corsair HX850, Coolermaster Storm Sniper Black Mesh, Noctua NH-D14
March 18, 201214 yr FDS CDU http://www.flightdec...info.php?id=712 Fantastic stuff !I really like it!!! The price make me, well.....sad :( .Edit:OK, this has ended up to be a very dangerous thread! All I can think about today (other then cleaning the house for our dinner guest) is putting together the money for that beautiful desktop CDU for use with the NGX.Is it really worth the money??? Ryan Syferd (KSEA)
March 18, 201214 yr 200% worth it. Once you've tasted that kind of stuff, you'll never understand how you may have tried anything else. It's worth waiting to have the money to use this kind of quality instead of rushing to lesser quality. My humble opinion anyway. Specs : i7920@4,1GHZ, Asus Rampage II Extreme, MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozr II OC, 6Go RAM OCZ, Corsair HX850, Coolermaster Storm Sniper Black Mesh, Noctua NH-D14
March 18, 201214 yr Do we know if it slaves to the NGX CDU's.. meaning if I enter data on the desk top unit or other way around, will the NGX CDU and desktop CDU show the same data?. Does it also show the NGX related pages such as the Fuel, Payload, Doors, Ground Connections, aircraft setup......etc? Ryan Syferd (KSEA)
March 22, 201214 yr It does ;) Otherwise where would be the point of having a hardware CDU if you have to go back to the mouse and clicking on the screen all the time. So it's perfectly synchronized.Actually I just noticed that FDS has managed to get all their Jetmax suite interfaced with the NGX :source https://www.facebook.com/pages/JetMax-by-FlightDeck-Solutions-Ltd/169734156443131And Cpflight has released their drivers, which means that their hardware is now fully compatible too.http://www.cpflight.com/sito/news/comunicazioni.asp Specs : i7920@4,1GHZ, Asus Rampage II Extreme, MSI GTX560 Ti Twin Frozr II OC, 6Go RAM OCZ, Corsair HX850, Coolermaster Storm Sniper Black Mesh, Noctua NH-D14
