Future PMDG products

Featured Replies

Hi everyone. This topic is primarily for the attention of Robert or someone else at PMDG who can speak with authority on possible future plans for the company. I have a simple question. Does PMDG (or have you considered) intend to investigate producing a military aircraft that is no longer in use and/or has been de-classified? One example that comes to mind is the F-111, which was recently retired from service with the RAAF. That would be a fantastic aircraft to kock-off PMDG's involvement in the military aircraft addon market, or even as a special once-off project.

We have no plans at all to produce military aircraft (with the possible exception of a P-8 model extension for the NGX), sorry.

Yeah I think it's about time to announce a new future project. I mean, the only project in development (not to mention the secret project) is the 777. I hope they'll finally do an Airbus (although I'm a Boeing ######), but an Airbus is great. Whether it would be an A320, 330, 340, 380, I don't mind as long as it's an Airbus. :)

Keep in mind that the PMDG development cycle is extremely long, due to the detail of there products, we are probably at least a year away from the 777 release, so announcing any other projects right now is probably not a good idea, they got enough on their plate with the 777, dc6, NGX ER packs and possibly a dash 8.

I would also love that, and i wouldn't mind paying 100€ for a PMDG A320 but its been discussed many and many times... NOT GONNA HAPPEN

Possibly a Dash8? I thought this was a definite. Andrew

Well who knows? Perhaps in the mean time they managed to get contacts at Airbus, just like they already have with Boeing...

We have no plans at all to produce military aircraft
Would you guys never consider a C17??? There's even a civilian version.
