March 28, 201214 yr So, I installed FSWidgets GMap for MS Flight.I started a free flight in the game, then switched to Windows Explorer, and started GMap. It showed me my position (it connected to Flight), and I clicked on "Stay on top".But when I switched back to Flight, GMap was hidden - it won't stay on top of the game window.Has anybody succeeded in getting GMap to show during a Flight? No fair if you have multiple monitors!

March 29, 201214 yr Moderator Unless you use an iPad with Air DisplayI was specifically referring to the single, stand-alone GMap program. It is clearly stated in the instructions that it will only work in Windowed mode. Fr. Bill AOPA Member: 07141481 AARP Member: 3209010556 Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
March 29, 201214 yr Commercial Member Hitting Alt Enter will snap Flight into windowed mode. Then you can adjust the screen size till you can get both Flight and the map into the window. Having a 2nd monitor will help, but you will still need to use window mode to see it. Full screen will black out the 2nd monitor. Kevin Miller 3D Artist and developer
