I accidentally wiped out FSX during a hard drive cleaning of my computer. Found all my activation codes, but when I was activating the 737 6/700, FSX did an OOM (out of memory) number on me and crashed out on activation. Now when I started FSX up again, the Activation window pop us and now I get this:Incident #7467-6417623: Max extra activation exceeded. How can I fix this and get back to flying?

Wow... now I like this!!!Sent in a ticket about 6:30.... little bummed out, so I went to fire up the PS3.Fell asleep firing up the PS3....Woke up at 8:30.... decided to check the e-mail.... and they had reset my activation code about an hour ago!!And here I thought no one would have got to it until Monday evening!!!Thanx guys. I really appreciate the quick response.

well in my case i have been waiting for over two hours mind has not been reset yet... i cannot enjoy my PMDG 777 i really need to do some long hauls though...

Full names in PMDG forum posts please. It could also make assisting you easier.  I would be surprised if anyone was attending the PMDG support center on Christmas day.

Hi! That would be me. Not sure if anyone else has addressed any, but I'm sure some of us have needed breaks from family at some point. ha ha.

In your case I could've looked up your ticket directly if you had posted your name. Moreover, it's a holiday, so I'm not sure it's quite reasonable to think that you're going to have a response in hours. Luckily, some of our schedules and willingness have put us online. Finally, there's an automated process that would've allowed you to avoid this issue in the 777 had you read the intro manual.

Thanks a gain for your time expecially on Christmas Day. I also would like to buy the fscrew for my PMDG but they only accept payment by PayPal which unfortunately is not accessible by my country Ghana. I can only pay by my international Visa card.

 

Since PMDG can accept my card for payment why don't you sell the fscrew also on your website
