Works eveytime on every flight until I get to the secure checklist.

 

I say: Secure the aircraft please

FO carrys out his 'flow'

 

FO says: ready for checklist

 

I say: Secure Checklist

 

FO says: standby

 

I stand by.

 

Then the loop starts again

 

Secure the aircraft please........etc

 

Please advise

I tried to reproduce this but I can't.

 

I said: "Secure the aircraft please" while the mode listed "Securing Aircraft".

 

FO said standby and did his flow.

 

Then the FO said "I'm ready for the checklist" and the mode changed to "Securing Aircraft".

 

I then said:

 

"Securing aircraft checklist please".

 

And the FO ran the checklist.

 

Worked perfectly. No looping.

 

Not sure how you triggered that.

The key is saying 'Securing aircraft checklist please', which I was not saying.

 

User error this end, I think
