April 12, 201214 yr Bell Super Cobra? Just a guess... Probably nothing nearly as exciting. EH-101 Merlin? Nick Piatek Things I operated to occupy my time back in the day! I guess I'm considered an old timer now haha: WVAA VAA AviaStar VA Pegasus VA
April 12, 201214 yr Bell Super Cobra? Just a guess... Probably nothing nearly as exciting. EH-101 Merlin? That's a good educated guess, since they would already have that modeled. Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
April 12, 201214 yr A Merlin...Hmm..They have large rivets... http://www.primeportal.net/hangar/hans_j_reggelsen/eh-101_merlin/ J JAKE EYREIt's a small step from the sublime to the ridiculous...Napoleon Bonaparte
April 12, 201214 yr I am only afraid that if this is another war-bird it will be without cockpit. I used to simply have great respect for the pilots of WWII... Now I'm in awe of what all they were able to accomplish in aircraft that didn't even have cockpits.
April 12, 201214 yr Now I'm in awe of what all they were able to accomplish in aircraft that didn't even have cockpits. :LMAO: Who needs cockpits..Modern planes don't/won't even have pilots..cockpits? April 12, 201214 yr I used to simply have great respect for the pilots of WWII... Now I'm in awe of what all they were able to accomplish in aircraft that didn't even have cockpits. That was the advantage of flying a kamikaze mission in the A6M zero, it was possible to survive the massive collision and fireball when you weren't actually in the cockpit. Those Japanese were cunning devils. Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
April 12, 201214 yr Makes me smile when I see an anti-taildragger post! There's nothing I find more boring in real-life flying than tricycle-gear spam cans.
April 12, 201214 yr Got it! Just in the mids on the backside ... Good find! Hope it will have a giant room cockpit A.
April 12, 201214 yr A twin engine Beech 18 would be sweet! www.stratoart.com Fine Art by Dale Jackson "Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings..." High Flight by John Gillespie Magee, Jr.
April 12, 201214 yr A twin engine Beech 18 would be sweet! Agreed "Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it."
April 12, 201214 yr I dunno, I looked over the wrecked Beech 18's at Dillingham and didn't see anything like that picture. It seems likely that the wreck models would have been derived from the same model as the flyable DLC version, if it had existed.
