April 28, 201214 yr Aerosoft have just issued German Airports 3 2012 and it is FREE to previous purchasers of the older version. This is not just an "upgrade" of the old sceneries - they are absolutely new, state of the art sceneries. You get EDDH Hamburg, EDDT Tegel, EDDW Bremen, EDHL Lubeck and EDLP Paderborn. Your previous AES registrations are automatically applied. Each has abundant dynamic ground scenery of the latest Oliver Pabst AES Lite variety. WOW!! Many thanks to Aerosoft for a generous gesture to previous customers. But if you didn't already own them, trust me - they are worth buying. Five leading edge sceneries for a price that two lesser sceneries might cost you... And yes, you get FSX as well as FS9 for the same price. (Though why anyone on this forum would want FSX is beyond me! LOL)

I have been on the Aerosoft site where they confirm that "Owners of the boxed version can use our CD-Upgrade-Service or download the full version in our update section", but when I go to the update section, the only one available there seems to be German Airports 3 Paderborn-Lippstadt. Sometimes I find the Aerosoft site can be a bit difficult to negotiate, so maybe I am just doing the wrong thing here but any help would be appreciated! Bill

Bill Bill, Theses files are not available in the update section. You must login to your store account and go to the product that you purchased. There you should see the new files listed. I had actually logged on to my Aerosoft store account but, thinking about it, although it was many years ago, I think I bought the boxed version from another vendor, which is probably why the new files are not listed on my Aerosoft account! Basic mistake on my part - sorry! Will have a look on the Aerosoft forum and see if there is any way around that problem as I do like the Aerosoft German Airports scenery and it would be great to have the upgraded version. Bill
