May 6, 201214 yr Hi all, My 737-700 NGX rudder is not working, I cant get it to move. The rudder works with the 737-800 NGX. I reinstalled both aircraft with sp1c and i am using latest fs2crew, ezdock, fsuipc, radar contact, fsrealtime. im lost on this one. I might try and rebuild the FSX config file. thanks a bunch. Vince
May 6, 201214 yr Either the hydraulics are off or the Yaw Damper is on and you are testing the rudder on the ground, what you are seeing is correct if either of those situations is true. Cheers, Andy.
May 7, 201214 yr Either the hydraulics are off or the Yaw Damper is on and you are testing the rudder on the ground, what you are seeing is correct if either of those situations is true. Yaw damper movements are very limited, flight or ground, so if you move rudder, it will move either on ground and in air. Hydraulics could be a good start point but on NGX the other surfaces are also in trouble with no hydraulics, so, if it was not reported we may suppose that at least one hyd. system is working. However, as it could be happen, a check of the hydraulic system for pump switch position, low pressure light and pressure value should clear this point. Regards Andrea Daviero
