May 22, 201214 yr Hello, After purchasing the 737 NGX Base pack last week, I decided to buy the expansion pack as well. Logged in to my account, pressed 'start shopping' and went to the 600/700 icon. Then I was told that I could not add the expansion to my cart (strange enough I could add the 800/900 to the cart). This may have something to do with the litle box with the text 'you have three characters left' next to it, but I haven't a clue which characters that might be. Can someone please enlighten me as to what went wrong? Thanks. Kind regards, René René Bongers

"YES" means that you understand that it is an FSX product and that you are not buying the FS9 737. Windows (7, 64 bit) Explorer. Curious as to what the relation is. René I don't think there is any relation. Kenny Lee"Keep climbing"

May 23, 201214 yr Author Thanks for your suggestions, but in this case Windows IE was not to blame. My problem was swiftly solved by following Bank Angle's explanation of the 'three character' box. Meanwhile bought the Expansion pack, installed and activated without any problems. It might be worth a consideration though to replace the text 'you have three characters left' with something less 'mysterious', in connection with a tick-box. Would make it easier for tardy old men like me . Ragards, René René Bongers
