Rich airport ground vegetation

Featured Replies

For a long time, I think that the airport ground in most of the tropical region in fsx is too dull. So I decided to make some nice grass and place them in SKVV Colombia.

This is the vid showcasing my first piece of scenery design, placing grass, photo scenery with new autogen and a river near the airport near rwy04.

Just like to collect some comments from you guys. Please let me know what you think. And if you know any airport that that has been added with grass like this, please point me to the link. Thanks.

Very nice. Definitely adds to the overall look. I want some. Good work!

Best regards.

Haha Thanks. To my surprise, framerate cost is on the extremely low side...maybe 1 or 2 frames. I did not notice the drop when flying a GA. I am running on a Q9550 with Geforce460 and autogen at normal setting. I mention autogen because it has more impact on the framerate than the grass, and it is due to the city landclasses I have added in the area.
