My P3DV3 crash if PMDG 777 is loaded as default. And if I load F22 as default most VC not clickable in 777. SO I load PIper Cub as default instead of F22, and PMDG 777 VC is all clickable now. Hope this helps. PS: you must install all 3 simconnect as instructed by PMDG before you can try the above mentioned method.

Yes Deetee, your r correct! Just 1 cable will do with the repeater. And the trial voice is from the VAC, Voxal you can try to get the free version. I am trying to figure out how to send my voice to Voxal but at the moment I will hear the feedback from it so its abit annoying. Cheers. Thanks for sharing your finding.

I use this software with Voxatc. 1. Virtual Audio Cable 2. Voxal voice changer The setup can be complicated, I will try to make a video and show u in the weekend. Meanwhile you can try it out if you like.

I have just recently installed Voxatc 6.49. Check this out if you like. I like the voice recognition feature you can talk to the atc rather than pressing button. This is a good way for practicing before you go vatsim or IVAO.

Hi I found out that the MTL from IVAO is causing the problem. Once I disabled the MTL in FSX.cfg voxatc will work ok. Including VAPanelSelect and Flight plan trainer When I switch Voxatc from Fsx to P3D, need to disable MTL first once Voxatc successfully started, I could enable MTL again. SimObjectPaths.6=SimObjects\TrafficX \\SimObjectPaths.7=SimObjects\IVAO_MTL <------------------ this is commented out.

Thanks for you reply, futurnet. Yes I have tested the speech recognition by using voice to type a few words. It is working ok. I believe problem 2 is the critical one that needs a solution. As you can see Flight plan trainer cannot be initialized as it don't detect my speech recognizer which is set to English(US). Develpoer has responded saying a reinstall will solve the issue. Did that but getting the same problems as mentioned above. It seems that Flight plan trainer does not detect my speech recognizer at all. Any idea guys?

I am an active FspassengerX user. Trying the Fscaptain trial at the moment. I only seen a video in utube that show the Xpax features. Here are my list of information I know about Xpax, FspassengerX and FScaptain. Anyone have used the 3 packages above please fill in anything that I might missed out or I am not sure. ________________________________________________________________________________________ FspassengerX ( Fs9/FSX compatible) 1. Flight Assignment - This is free flow as in you choose to fly any where you like. 2. Economy system- you are the arline manager and pilot, and you can hire new virtual pilots, buy & sell planes, aircraft repair and maintainence(good maintenance can avoid high chance of failure) 3. Pilot rating & ranking 4. Emergency simulation - Random aircraft instrument failures, blown tire, water landing (yes you can ditch and float on water), bird strike, medical. warzone ground fire,etc 5. Flight time punctuality - You get more points if you can land within the intended time of arrival you set. I share the same sentiment too, I am hoping to use FSpax in P3D 2.2 as I just started on P3D recently. I have ported over FSpax to P3D including adding the dll to dll.xml of P3D. I get it to run when i started P3D but Fspax detected i am not running FSX sp1 or sp2. So this is the only obsticle I am facing now. If only this detection of Fsx sp1 and Sp2 could be disabled, i believe there is a chance that Fspax can run in P3D nicely. Of course I am hoping everyday that Dan the developer would get back to business and do a patch for P3D, and I dont mind paying for the patch. ... I have downloaded Fscaptain trial and is stuck at getting one of my payware plane to work. Fscaptain keep listing the payware plane as unlisted due to ATC_ID blank or undefined. I went on to add a ATC_ID in the aircraft.cfg, but it is still apeared as unlisted in the FScaptain adminitration. :(

Hi Stephen, I have one observation with the previous build. That is the roll out after touch down for heavy aircraft...after touch down the bk shakes at constant amplitude untill speed of aircraft drops to near 15 knots. Means the shaking amplitude do not match the speed decrease. Roll for take off do not have the same issue.

Thks guys. I solved it by creating a new Airport background with flatten and making the boundary much further from the runway threshold. The sucking water probably still there but its very far away so no chance of being suck in during approach and landing.

I was on approach and pretty near the ground and was sucked into the ground and crashed as seen in the recorded video below. Hoping to find a solution. Is this a terrain bug?

Hi Stephen, My bad! I didn't read the manual in detail. Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify number 5.. 5. Engine vibration synchronization with the engine spooling - I understand that you sync with the throttle percentage for the current beta. BK is pretty quiet although engine is pretty much alive when in idle. I meant to say that the engines spinning always react slower than the throttle power percentage for most aircraft and every aircraft differs. For example during engine startup the throttle is at zero percent for most cases, but the enigne always fires up and engage in a surge follow by idle sequence. This is very much the case for most aircraft. Engine vibration: I am just wondering if its possible to have an option to let user select the engine to vibrate based on either DHM or source engine(come with each aircraft) sound of the particular aircraft? This means Opus BK need to be able to isolate the source engine sound for BK unit instead of rely on the throttle power percentage alone. The freq and vol control that Opus offer is really good and should be used for users' fine tuning to each aircraft of their choice. What do you think of this idea? Cheers.

Hi Stephen, Thank you so much for bringing this BK Opus development so quickly :lol: Isolating the Opus sound to BK is definitely the way to go, so I bought a X-fi sound card to test the effect. I am using all 3 DHM axis setting all to X-Fi sound card in opus although I only have one bk physically. I think this is a great idea as I could mix the different freq/vol for the 3 axis to get a little depth of vibration and rumbling. One observation I have so far is that, taxi sound and engine vibration do not overlap at all. I tested this when aircraft is static on the ground, push power to max and you can feel the vibration clearly. The moment aircraft start to roll the engine vibration got cut off. And the moment I lift off the ground, the engine vibration immediately kicks in. Not sure if I am the only one experience this so post here to check. I tested with the main sound speaker vol tuned to zero, so that it is easier to feel the BK. The following actions seems potential for some BK action. No pressure just a few suggestions for your consideration. 1. Reverse thrust 2. When aircraft turn on the spot with differential brake. 3. When brake is applied to stop after landing, especially braking at high speed due to short runway. 4. Touch down - I couldn't get a distinct BK effect. 5. Engine vibration synchronization with the engine spooling - I understand that you sync with the throttle percentage for the current beta. BK is pretty quiet although engine is pretty much alive when in idle. 6. Stalling. And thanks again for providing this very unique feature for BK users. Cheers! PS : I haven't got the chance to test the turbulence yet. Edit : lower landing gear and retract immediately cause the BK sound to keep going without ending until pressing Q key or pause and unpause. Not sure if this is related to Opus BK sound.

As this is a test flight for the newly manufactured C47 V2 for FSX by Manfred Jahn, I hired a lady co-pilot to help me with the radio comms, while I focus on learning how to fly this beauty of the sky in FSE..... Turns out that the fuel tanks has not been certified by the FSE. When I landed at Calgary international, the FSE aircraft certification officer approached me and informed me that I have to depart immediately to my departure airport and hire a C47 fuel tank specialist to revamp the fuel tanks to FSE standard. Failing so would means the plane is grounded and remain grounded until the fuel tanks are revamped. Good thing is that I need not fly it back, FSE will help transport it back on my behalf....and the fuel consumed previously will be reimbursed to me.
