Fs-Gs Reply

Featured Replies

First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Michael Greenblatt and I am the sole owner and lead technician of Fs-Gs.After a great deal of discussion on this and other forums I have decided to clarify my position regarding what we do and what we do or do not request from our clients. It is my hope that this will lay to rest some serious misconceptions that have been recently written.First of all and let me make this as clear as possible so that there will be no misunderstanding I do not bind or in anyway demand or force our clients to sign any form whatsoever of non-disclosure. Unless of course in the case of a review in which the reviewer and I will reach an accord regarding it

Hi Michael,You did a fantastic job on my system, my flight simulator experence has never been better, it was worth every penny.Michael

Hey Micheal. Thanks for chimin in. Us FS-GS users have trying to explain most of what you just said. However, we are just the clients; who seemed to only be giving glowing reviews of your service. I guess in this day and age; most folks seemed to be locked and loaded on the skeptisism side...it didn't seem to matter how many ACTUAL users of the service posted; and explained our positions. Not too mention our complete satisfaction; the under lying tone usually seemed to be 'too good to be true etal..well as they say...proof is in the pudding I certainly Thank You again for the performance you helped me achieve on my system...not too mention the stability; and not just FS 2004. I would hope now, that you've explained some of the reasons behind our actions; that folks will have a better understanding, as well as possibly try the service themselves. Then they too will understand.Best,Dave

MichaelThank you very much for coming here and explaining your service. It turns out to be almost exactly what I already percieved it to be and I'm very happy to have that confirmed. I've lost track of how many hours I've spent tweaking FS9. Some things helped, others didn't, and some had positive effects in one area but negative in another. Since I don't have unlimited time what I need is a systematic approach from someone with the knowledge to do this. I'll be signing on to your service as soon as I can afford it.Thanks againDavid

Hey Michael,I'd also like to take this opportunity to publicly thank you for everything you did for me. Not to mention your flexibility in dealing with my schedule!MSFS in all its glory is a sight to behold! All the Best,Ken

It will be interesting to see how quickly those who were so quick to condemn this service - and the principles behind it - are to apologise. As they most definitely should, if they have any manners. And Gosta and Elrond, if you're out there, I have CH Products' yoke and I don't remember either of YOU highlighting this fix. Which says it all, really (sigh). Thanks to Michael for the detailed explanation. You'll be hearing from me as soon as I organise the upgrade. Allcott

THKS Michael,You did a very good work on my computer,I'm french and cannot understand all these posts but use to read avsim forum for practice.FS9 very smooth nowI remember we had some difficult work for french translation on win XP services(I sent you next a good translation)(private:I use to listen Fats Waller music till that time !)Thanks Francis

Thanks for your detailed reply Michael,I have tried to email the "services" account on your web-page but have received a returned mail error. It appears that the mailbox that my mail was re-directed to was full.I will try again soon,Cheers,Chris Porter:-outtaPerthWestern AustraliaMy "Around the World 4" flight pagehttp://members.iinet.net.au/~portercbp/fly...e%20World_5.htm

Me too, I've been trying to get in touch with the guys since yesterday, and will keep on trying as I'm interested in their services. Maybe it's because it's the weekend, I guess they have lives too!BestGrahame EDHL

Yup Grahame, or maybe all the publicity has been good and they have been swamped.Cheers,Chris Porter:-outtaPerthWestern AustraliaMy "Around the World 4" flight pagehttp://members.iinet.net.au/~portercbp/fly...e%20World_5.htm

Hi.Is this guy paying for the bandwidth. Be aware of superficial promises and perfect results. TV

HiThey don't promise perfect results. I think the criteria is whether or not you are satisfied with the results of their work on your system. If not you don't pay. It seems like a simple concept to me and I can't understand how it generates these huge threads. I guess this is what people mean by a "tempest in a teapot".David

We are going to be reviewing this service in the near future. So, until then, I am locking this thread, as it is becoming an Advertorial.

apologise?Of course they won't. After all it's just one big conspiracy against them in person...
