July 4, 201213 yr I'm pretty sure they're based in Moscow...or one of the big Russian cities. I don't think they've ever had a July 4th sale, but I could be wrong...

July 4, 201213 yr IIRC Captainsim sends out an Email to previous customers a day or 2 before the sale, and I haven't received anything.
