See http://www.fswidgets.com/forum/DCForumID20/17.html for FSWidgets new free utility. Excellent for exploring and viewing on a larger screen.

Interesting, especially for use on a second monitor...

Run GMap as a moving-map GPS on one side of the monitor and use the rest of the screen for a larger "disconnected" map view.

If I had room at my desk for a second monitor, I'd be all over this. I guess I'm sticking with paper charts, though and using GMap as a pop-up.

Oh that is excellent, I'll be able to see so much more than on GMap.

So now I'll have Flight, PlanG, GMap and the viewer running.

Now where's my 96 inch monitor?

:P

Excellent news indeed. I am really enjoying GMap, and since I only have 1 monitor, the opportunity pf using GMap Viewer on a 2nd PC is simply great!
