July 27, 201213 yr I have a boxed version with key of the MD11 for 2004. I now have a PC capable of running FSX and wondered if there was a patch I could purchase to update my version from FS2004 to FSX? Thank you Donald.
July 27, 201213 yr Try contacting the store where you bought it (especially on-line) and see what they can offer you. If that's no good try contacting the producer company as detailed in the box. Good luck Lin
July 28, 201213 yr I couldn't find a place where there is an FS9 > FSX upgrade discount price. It seems to be that some add-ons have that discount and some do not. I can't find anywhere on the PMDG site for a discount to the FSX version, which sucks because they aren't exactly cheap aircraft.
July 29, 201213 yr Author I can't find anywhere on the PMDG site for a discount to the FSX version, which sucks because they aren't exactly cheap aircraft. Thanks for your input. My FS2004 version will now be filed away as I shall not be purchasing the FSX version at full price, Just wondered........does any one from PMDG look at this forum and make a reply?
July 30, 201213 yr Commercial Member Just wondered........does any one from PMDG look at this forum and make a reply? Donald, since you own the box version of the MD-11 you would have to contact the seller of that box and ask if an upgrade is possible (Aerosoft I guess?). Only if you bought the product directly from PMDG you could expect a reply from them. Cheers, Markus Markus Burkhard

July 30, 201213 yr From the start untill today (I believe) you have the possibility to buy either the FS2004, FSX version and for both against a reduced price. Please tell us if you can get the FSX version against a reduced price anyway with the FS2004. Would be nice! Kind regards, John
