August 14, 201213 yr Am I doing something wrong? When I have a waypoint entered into direct to and it is set to GPS mode, I cannot follow the line with NAV mode on the autopilot as expected. It stays in ROL mode, but the NAV button lights up... Done this a billion times on other aircraft. Wondering if there's a bug? Tired of Streetlights everywhere? Try MSFS DarkStreets today!
August 14, 201213 yr You may not have the NAV setting on the PFD set correctly. There is a softkey at the bottom, in the middle iirc, and it changes the PFD from VLOC to GPS, which then will couple the autopilot to follow the GPS course when on NAV hold.

I cycled it a couple times to make sure as well. I'll try it again tonight. Perhaps simply restarting my computer will make it magically work. Seems to fix a lot of other random problems... August 15, 201213 yr I had the same problem. I assigned a keyboard shortcut to switch between NAV/GPS and now I can make it follow one or the other. But I believe in the real plane--the NAV button on the autopilot should follow whatever source you have indicated on the PFD without having to select another button elsewhere. https://www.mediafire.com/view/dz3buh31pti9cej/BoeingDriverSignature.jpg/file
August 15, 201213 yr I had a similar problem, my APR hold wouldn't catch the localizer. Reset my computer and Viola, it works!
