TDSSim GTN 750 for Carenado C337 updated
Is this a simple drag and drop or is something else required? Unzipped the file and dropped it in to the community folder and no-joy, still a 530 in the panel.

WAAS Approaches?
I understand what you're saying. That is a limitation of that suggestion, I'm just as bitter as the next pilot that the functionality is very limited. If only RXP would make their own G1000, perhaps with the Gramin Synthetic vision?! One can only wish!

VC, Landing and Nav lights
Great job! I'll be implementing this right now!

AP won't go to NAV mode
I had a similar problem, my APR hold wouldn't catch the localizer. Reset my computer and Viola, it works!

The Must Fix List
^ Its pretty much buy the Carenado for the modeling, FDE, textures, and visual aspects, or buy the Flight 1 for its wonderful G1000. Anyone put any thought to retrofitting the F1 G1000 in the carenado model, only for those who own both of course. *EDIT: Also I have come to notice that the transponder is non-functional. I attempt to change it but for controllers who play online, my squawk code seems to remain VFR.

WAAS Approaches?
Or, create a flight plan with the FSX flight planner, it shows up in the mfd. It's a cheap way around entering one manually.

The Must Fix List
I did the flight in FSMP. But I'm glad that carenado is addressing this issue. I also am having trouble with the standby battery. Another problem to note, I'm not sure if anyone else is affected by this but when I have either the TOPO or TERRAIN activated on the MFD my performance seems to jump from High to Low frame rates. For example, normally flying this aircraft I have my fps locked at 20, it will stay pegged at no lower than 19.9, but when TOPO or TERRAIN is activated the fps seem to jump back and forth from 20 to somewhere around 11 for no longer than a second at a time, but it is repeated so it makes the movements look jumpy and not smooth like they would if they were constant at 20.

General comments
Great review! I have a question, I see that you mentioned the double characters, were you able to find a way around this? That's my only complaint as of right now!

The Must Fix List
I have a problem that whenever I am entering a destination on the MFD and I go to use the keyboard to type the Identifier in it duplicates every letter, for example, I was flying a short hop from Fort Wayne to Indianapolis and when I was typing in the identifier for Indianapolis on the MFD it entered as KKIINN, where it duplicated every letter and the D never showed up. I talked to a buddy who has this same plane and said he didn't have the same problem.

AP won't go to NAV mode
You may not have the NAV setting on the PFD set correctly. There is a softkey at the bottom, in the middle iirc, and it changes the PFD from VLOC to GPS, which then will couple the autopilot to follow the GPS course when on NAV hold.

Few things I have noticed
Going back, did you ever get a reply about how the fuel gauge doesn't move until 40 gallons?

Forward cargo door not opening.
I see, I usually do hit shift+e then 2, not all three, I just assumed thats what I meant by Shift+E+2, nevertheless I tried it without the parking break on and it worked! thanks for the help.

Forward cargo door not opening.
Thanks for the quick reply. That makes sense to me because I have had similar problems with other add-on aircraft. It's just odd to me that no matter which Shift+E+X, X being 1,2,3,4, etc., I press on the P46T, it always opens the aft main exit. I went on and checked to see if it was happening with any other aircraft and it seems only this one is giving me any real problems.

Forward cargo door not opening.
Just a quick question, when I press Shift+E the aft main exit opens, but when I press Shift+E+2, it opens the same door. I know the aircraft.cfg must be edited but I'm not sure the actual section I should edit. Thanks for the help.
