August 14, 201213 yr Great shots, Im enjoying this game too, but hope they build onto it at some point. Its Great for sightseeing, but I get bored with it rather quickly. Rob
August 15, 201213 yr Author I am finding out of all the sims I fly this one feels the most like flying. The 172 model is very recognizable, the scenery looks real (because it is), and the amount of autogen that has been added takes away most of the shortcomings one usually sees in photoscenery at low altitude. For me fsx/xplane/flight all recreate a good simulation of what is there-but it always looks like..a simulation of what is there. This sim makes me feel like I am flying instead in reality, the fm is really great and instantly recognizable, and the cockpit reflections (and small things like glass crazing) are also immediately recognizable and not as well done anywhere else. Yes you can't click on any of the instruments (thank god-the most tedius thing in flight simming there is imho-if rw flying was this hard to adjust instruments we would not have survived lol). Steady 60 fps with a 3 year old system and everything maxed, no blurries, and just the real deal and what got me into flying in the first place-fabulous scenery, and the fun of the "feel" of an aircraft. The landings and takeoffs are the best! For immersion and illusion of flying on a flat screen computer this is the best I have experienced... Geofa WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE-the best Flight Sim!
