I've sent two activation emails without response. I'd like to get my RC activated please.

i manually generated your key, and sent this email to you. if you use the proper format, keys go out every 10 minutes

 

 

 

 

 

In the future, for faster key generation, send an email with the following characteristics, and you will receive your key within 15 minutes:

 

Send the request to [email protected]

 

The subject line should be RCv4 Key Request

 

The body of the email should contain:

 

nnnnnnnnn ! Firstname ! Lastname

 

Where nnnnnnnnn is the product id on the registration screen

 

 

 

 

Your key is HPGKCKEKLFJFCBHBDKODCHBBLNNFBIBH

 

If you are using vista or windows 7, start RC by right mouse clicking the .exe or shortcut, and clicking run as administrator

Just FYI, not everyone has an email program installed on their FS machine and use web based email. The program doesn't say to send an email in that format, just says your name and code.

I am in the process of moving RC4 to my WideFs client machine, I used the registration routine within RC4 to generate the email and duly sent it.

That was over an hour ago so the claims of correctly formatted key requests being honoured within 15 mins is seems to be incorrect..

Is there an issue with the registration server ?

Is your e-mail address and username the same as in your original order? If you have requested a new key more than a few times it will be flagged for manual attention.

Just received the key and RC is now running on my client laptop.

Line out on the laptop to line in on the server and my voice program is controlling RC4 with the headset plugged in to the server, well pleased now

I have only one email and am used to purchase online. Anyway,, I'll wait until tonight before asking your help to generate a key for me asap. I would like to fly with RC4 during this weekend.
