FSgenesis US Landclass and 76,4m Terrain

Featured Replies

Well I finally broke down. Went to FSGenesis and bought up the store, well not really but 5 or 6 of the terrain add-ons and the US National Landclass. And of course the data for the carribean!!I don't know why but out of all the addons I buy I am especially excited by this purchase. Anyone have similar thoughts on the stuff from Justin?Boy that terrain stuff is gonna be downloading for an hour or so what will I do for that time......hmmmmmmm :-lol

You're impatient during download? I waited weeks for the CD delivery to Europe back when there was no download option for the mesh ;) I have the 38m US mesh and 76m Alaska mesh. I've been using the landclass beta for so long that I start to feel obliged to finally buy the proper version ... VOlker :]

Yeah, Justin's products are top notch. I purchased the mesh for the entire US and the Landclass. It made a huge improvement in the look of FS9.Last night I added "USA Roads" so now VFR flights around my region of the country take on a whole new look.Jim

Justin's stuff is not only topnotch, his service is great too. I particularly like his North American west coast stuff (including Canada) and Hawaii.I'm fortunate in my area (Vancouver Island) to have a combination of Jason's meshes, Holger's scenery, a freeware coastline, a Fraser Valley landclass and many other BC sceneries. Considering the somewhat cartoon-like nature of FS2004, it matches closely what I actually see from the air here.Jon

I'm a very happy customer with one of the 3y contracts for downloads. Excellent, great service. I just wish he'd get Alaska to 9m!!Noel

There are also nice freeware coverages at 38.2 m - for alaska and west coast for usa - available at flightsim.com and fsfreeware.com - FREE!!without taking anything away from fsg work - i downloaded the freeware 38.2 m alaska - and it is a good quality mesh than what fsg produced for the same area - the free 38.2 m west coast coverage are of fsg quality - no more no less - but FREE!!Marc

I purchased the 38m mesh for West coast & Rockies and have been using the beta L/class file for a while too. They are excellent. Flying into the LA basin at dusk is pretty darn slick now. Thankx JustinCheersLungs

Is there any scenery that improves the Seattle area as far as land mass location? Having just installed US Roads it is obvious the layout of Seattle is not correct as many of the roads, especially along the water, are not where they should be as they are out in the water. I understand this is a FS9 problem. Thanks in advance,Tom
