Out of the blue my FO no longer calls rotate, V2 or Positive Rate, any ideas?

You probably forgot to call "Takeoff", which puts FS2Crew into takeoff mode, and enables the takeoff calls.

 

Check the Mode Display box on the FS2Crew Main Panel.

I take a a month off from flight simming and I start to forget things, lol Thanks Bryan that was indeed the issue.

No worries!

?? , I never hear V2 in my setup
